In case of realisation of a building construction development, our actions are guided strictly by customer’s requirements. Execution of the construction is carried out in following alternative ways:

• “Turn-key” projects, where we ensure all stages of building construction development, i.e. from selection of construction site, securing of administrative proceedings, preparation of project documentation, provision of engineering services up to execution of the building construction work by selected sub-contractors, and including the handing over and taking over, and putting the building into operation
• Supplier’s engineering where we provide co-ordination of our own work (project documentation, engineering during preparation of project documentation) and other supplies including compilation of list of individual bids from sub-contractors and their selection jointly with the customer
• Realisation of parts of development where we take responsibility for separate stages of the proposed building construction development, i.e., project documentation, engineering, selection of contractors, supply of building construction, supplies of machinery and equipment, supply of energy parts of construction projects, interior furnishings etc.
